Cindy Martin
OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER
Cindy is a multiple-time national-record-holding powerlifter with 13 years of training experience. After losing 100 pounds, she took an interest in bodybuilding, then quickly fell in love with the “big 3” compound movements and shifted her focus to powerlifting. Currently, Cindy is ranked no. 20 in the world in her division, totaling over 1,200 pounds in the 181-pound weight division. Cindy’s training philosophy revolves around helping others find their passion in the gym, whether it be losing weight, improving general health, sculpting their perfect body or becoming a successful powerlifter. She recognizes that everyone has different goals and she tailors each client’s programming to fit their specific needs. Cindy takes an “old-school” approach to training, with emphasis placed on the main compound movements and accessories customized to each individual’s weaknesses.
“My job is helping others find their passion in the gym. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Every person has specific needs and goals, and I aim to meet those goals on an individual basis. Whether your goals are getting stronger, losing weight, or you just want to build a bodacious booty, your goals are important to me.”
